Ghast

An undead, stronger ghoul, infused with a energy from the Abyss, they are cunning and devious.

Their stench is so strong that any creature starting its turn with 5’ of a ghast must make a DC 10 CON save or be poisoned until the start of its next turn. A successful saves means the creature is immune to the Stench for 24 hours.

They are known to attack with both bite and claws.
